Intratech Softech Solutions Private Limited (“Time Bachalo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Time Bachalo platform, a SaaS solution for lending operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our website and services.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Full name, work email address, company name, business type, and team size provided during registration and onboarding.
• Payment information: Billing cycle and plan selection. Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay; we store only the Razorpay order ID, payment ID, and transaction status — never your card details.
• Usage data: Login timestamps, last active date, IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
• Website statistics (only if you accept analytics cookies): On our public pages we record the pages you view, how long each is on screen, how far you scroll, which links and buttons you click, whether you send our demo or contact form, where your visit came from (the referring site and any campaign tag in the link), and your device type, browser and operating system. These are linked to random visitor and session IDs kept in two first-party cookies (tb_vid, up to 180 days; tb_sid, ends after 30 minutes without activity), not to your name, email or IP address. They are stored on our own servers, never shared with third parties, and deleted after 13 months. Turning analytics off in Cookie settings deletes both cookies and stops recording.
• Communications: Messages submitted via our contact form or demo booking form.
• Cookies: Essential cookies are always on: session cookies (httpOnly, SameSite) for authentication and security, a referral code if you arrive through a referral link, and your cookie choice and theme. Optional analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, page-speed readings and our own website statistics) run only if you accept them, only on our public pages, and never on sign-in, billing or signed-in pages. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we switch off Google’s advertising features in Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and workspace.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (email verification, password reset, billing receipts).
• To respond to support requests and demo inquiries.
• To improve and secure our platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Razorpay: Payment processing. Subject to Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.
• Gmail / Google Workspace: Transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics: Website usage statistics (pages viewed, traffic source, approximate location, device), only if you accept analytics cookies. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity: Anonymised screen recordings and heatmaps of how our public pages are used, with text you type masked, only if you accept analytics cookies. Subject to Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
• PostgreSQL hosting provider: Secure database hosting on AWS Mumbai region (India).

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for 7 years under applicable Indian tax laws).

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including password hashing (bcrypt), HTTPS encryption, httpOnly session cookies, rate limiting on authentication endpoints, and server-side input validation. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of product update emails at any time by emailing us.
