Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Time Bachalo platform operated by Time Bachalo Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company under the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to bind your organization.
• One organization per account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@timebachalo.com.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Time Bachalo offers Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans with monthly and annual billing options.
• A 14-day free trial is offered. No credit card is required during the trial period.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice via email.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Past-due accounts are subject to cancellation after 14 days.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Time Bachalo to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations.
• Process fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized financial transactions.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without written consent.
• Conduct automated scraping, load testing, or data harvesting without prior approval.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual through the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Time Bachalo platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are the exclusive property of Time Bachalo Technologies Private Limited and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

Your data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (force majeure, third-party provider outages, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Time Bachalo Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via the billing settings or by emailing support@timebachalo.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be deleted.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — contact us first at support@timebachalo.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
